Many of our house sitters are retirees, traveling writers, artists, teachers or professionals who are able to work from home. Good communication is guaranteed so that you can stay in touch with your home and loved ones.

HOME OWNER'S PROMISE

I agree to:

  • Leave my property as tidy as I would like to find it on my return.

  • Clear the fridge from left over food.

  • Remove any dirty laundry and dishes.

  • Leave one set of clean linen.

  • Advise on my basic house rules.

  • Advise on pool care and cleaning if applicable - or supply contact details of my pool person.

  • Advise on garden/house plants care if applicable - or supply contact details of my gardener.

  • Leave contact details for my preferred vet, preferred local businesses, house cleaner and taxi etc.

  • Leave contact details for my nearest trusted relative/neighbour in case I am overseas and not contactable.

  • Leave easy access and directions for all cleaning items such vacuum cleaner, mop and broom etc.
